Rodopsin kinaza (EC 2.7.11.14, kupasti opsin kinaza, G-protein-spregnuti receptor kinaza 1, GPCR kinaza 1, GRK1, GRK7, opsinska kinaza, opsinska kinaza (fosforilacija), rodopsinska kinaza (fosforilacija), RK, STK14) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom ATP:rodopsin fosfotransferaza.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

ATP + rodopsin {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } ADP + fosforhodopsin

G-protein je neophodan za aktivaciju i stoga ovaj enzim pripada familiji G-protein-zavisnih receptorskih kinaza (GRKs).
